These terms govern your use of wunderled.com and any programs, memberships, certifications, digital resources, events, and communities we offer (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
Wunderled is owned and operated by Sally Haughey, Teaching Mastery Institute, an Oklahoma business, based in the United States.

2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us or create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for all activity under your account. One account per person. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared, unless you have purchased a team or school license that says otherwise.
3. Purchases and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at checkout unless a payment plan is offered and selected.
Payment plans. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all installments. Access may be paused if a payment fails and is not resolved within 15 days.
Memberships and subscriptions. Recurring memberships (including the Child-Led Mastery Academy) renew automatically at the stated interval until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
Taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax or VAT that applies in your location.
4. Refunds
One-time digital programs (such as the Early Literacy Code): [e.g., 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, no questions asked / or: all sales final due to the digital nature of the product]
Memberships: [e.g., Refunds available within 7 days of the first payment only. Renewal payments are non-refundable.]
Live events and workshops: [e.g., Refundable up to 7 days before the event date. Replays provided if you cannot attend live.]

5. Access and lifetime access
"Lifetime access" means access for the lifetime of the product, for as long as we continue to offer it. If we retire a program, we will give at least [90] days notice and a chance to download materials that are downloadable.
We may update, revise, or replace course content at any time to keep it current.
6. Intellectual property
All content in the Services, including videos, workbooks, frameworks, lesson plans, graphics, and the names Wunderled, Fairy Dust Teaching, Child-Led Mastery Academy, Early Literacy Code, and the Decoding Play Process, belongs to Wunderled and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
What you may do: Use the materials for your own professional development and in your own classroom or program. Print workbooks for personal use. Share what you learned in your own words.
What you may not do: Copy, share, resell, or redistribute course materials. Post videos or workbooks anywhere, including private groups. Use our materials to create a competing training, course, or product. Present our frameworks as your own. Use our name or logos to suggest endorsement without written permission.
If you want to license our materials for training staff at your school or organization, contact us about a team license.
7. Certifications and credentials
Credentials issued through our programs (such as Child-Led Learning Foundations, Practitioner, and Specialist) are professional development certificates issued by Wunderled. They are not accredited degrees or state licenses. Completion requirements are described in each program. We may revoke a credential if it was obtained through misrepresentation or if these terms are violated.
8. Community guidelines
Our communities exist so educators can support one another. When participating in any Wunderled community, live event, or comment area, you agree to:
- Treat other members with respect.
- Keep other members' stories, photos, and classroom details confidential.
- Post only content you have the right to share. Do not post identifiable photos or names of children without appropriate permission.
- Refrain from harassment, hate speech, spam, solicitation, or promotion of your own products without permission.
We may remove content or members who violate these guidelines, without refund.
9. Your content
You keep ownership of anything you post or share. By sharing it in our Services, you give us a non-exclusive license to display it within the community and, for testimonials, to use it in our marketing with your permission as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Educational purpose and no guarantees
Our programs provide professional education for early childhood educators. They are not a substitute for legal, medical, psychological, or regulatory advice, and they do not replace the policies of your school, licensing body, or employer.
We share what has worked in real classrooms over nearly three decades. Results depend on your context, your effort, and factors outside our control. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes, employment, promotion, or income.
11. Third-party tools and links
The Services use third-party platforms (for hosting, payment, video, and community). Those platforms have their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or content on third-party sites we link to.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wunderled and Sally Haughey will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so some may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to hold Wunderled harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Services.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, without refund. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Sections 6, 9, 12, 13, and 14 survive termination.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and you consent to their jurisdiction. 17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept them. Material changes affecting paid members will be announced by email.
