Sometimes one small shift in the way you see a child, one new question you bring to your practice, or one tiny change in your environment can open the door to something much bigger. 

Small steps create change.

So take the time you have. Pause when you need to. Come back when you're ready. Your learning will be here, waiting for you.

The Specialist Program gives you a clear learning path, while the rest of the Academy is there to support you along the way. Follow the path, explore what speaks to you, and return to resources when they become meaningful for your classroom.

The Specialist Program is the center of your learning experience. It's where you'll build your understanding and practice through a connected learning journey. 

The Academy gives you the wider ecosystem around that learning — the Wonder Library, community, live coaching, and other opportunities to explore, apply, question, and deepen your practice.

You have a path to follow, but you don't have to walk it alone.

Yes. The Specialist Program has been intentionally designed as a connected learning journey, with each part building on what came before. 

You don't need to rush through it, though. Follow the path at a pace that works for you, giving yourself time to pause, try something in your classroom, and notice what happens before moving forward.

And when something you're learning sparks a question or you want to explore something more deeply, that's where the wider Academy comes in.

Start with the search field. You can search by topic, idea, or resource to find something that connects with what you're looking for. 

You can also explore the Wonder Library by challenge when you're not quite sure what you need yet and simply want to see what's possible.

And if you still can't find what you're looking for, that's a great time to ask the community.

Bring it to the Ask the Community space, where you can share your thinking and learn alongside other educators. 

And if you'd like to explore a question more deeply, bring it to one of Sally's live coaching sessions. These are opportunities to look at real classroom questions together and think through what's possible.
